Annalise Pope

Annalise is a dedicated immigration lawyer with a genuine passion for guiding clients through their unique migration journeys to Australia.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Studies (Distinction) from Deakin University. Throughout her time at university, she completed a semester abroad at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, broadening both her academic and cultural perspectives.

Before her admission to legal practice in August 2025, Annalise has worked at Australian Migration Lawyers for over a year, as both a Client Executive and Paralegal. This experience gave her a strong foundation in immigration processes and deep insight into the client journey. Her time in these roles also underpinned her understanding of the firm s systems, values, and operations—informing her ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and client care.

Her legal experience includes work placement at the Federal Court of Australia, where she observed complex migration matters, as well as volunteering at the Disability Discrimination Legal Service. Following the completion of her studies in February 2025, she went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at College of Law in July 2025.

Annalise s experience living and travelling abroad has deepened her appreciation for the challenges faced by individuals navigating Australia s immigration system. Since her admission to the profession, she has remained committed to fostering a supportive, communicative, and client-focused approach in every matter she handles.

Outside of work, Annalise enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction, and has a strong interest in history and culture. Her love of travel has taken her around the world, enriching her understanding of diverse global communities.
