With a background shaped by both personal and professional experience, Moni brings a thoughtful and empathetic perspective to her work at Australian Migration Lawyers. She recently completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Melbourne and Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law. 

Moniroth’s own migration journey sparked her interest in migration law and gives her valuable insight into the challenges faced by visa applicants. She understands the financial and emotional pressures involved in navigating Australia’s migration system and applies this perspective to provide clients with careful, considered guidance.

She is developing her skills across a range of visa and immigration matters, including partner visas, student visas, work visas, and permanent residency pathways. Her approach is grounded in diligence, empathy, and a strong focus on helping clients make informed decisions about their migration options.

Beyond her professional role, Moniroth enjoys reading crime fiction and historical romance, finding balance and inspiration in the stories she explores.
